The Deliverable Fuels Program provides energy for low-income households at their primary residence when their primary heating source is a deliverable fuel, such as propane, fuel oil, pellets and firewood. Apply for State Emergency Relief (SER) through Michigan Department of Health & Human Services
(MDHHS) and bring your approval letter to Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency (NMCAA). MDHHS determines your eligilibity, and NMCAA will assist with the rest of the process.
