Bellaire resident Deb Newland just opened a new retail store in downtown Mancelona.
"I'm very excited to be here," said Deb. "Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and thrilled to see yet another new business opening in town."
Deb's store is located inside the former D & B Building, across from BoJack's, downtown Mancelona. It is stocked full, and what she describes as a hodge-podgery treasure trove. Inside the store, shoppers will find a huge selection of kitchen books, utensils, Jim Beam bottles, furniture pieces, mirrors, vintage clothing, license plates, jewelry, dishes, new and used tea towels, new pillow, hand crafted quilts, linens and textiles and more. There's antique, vintage and retro items throughout the store, wall to wall.
Deb will be holding a grand opening celebration with in-store discounts, door prizes, refreshments and drawings. A July date is anticipated and will be announced.
The store is open daily. Monday through Saturday from 10a to 5p, and Sunday from 11a to 3p.
