LUNCH ON THE CLOCK - Emergency Prepardeness.  Presented by Michigan State Police Lieutenant Mike DeCastro. Menu: Wet Burritos (made by Mancelona Moose Lodge), chips, dessert. Bring your favorite beverage. Cost: $10 per person for lunch.

Lt. Mike DeCastro is the Michigan State Police District 7 Emergency Management and Homeland Security Coordinator. He will explain the responsibilities of local government in preparedness, what happens if a critical incident or disaster occurs, what goes on at the state level, and when FEMA would be called in.
