FREEZE DRIED FOODS -  Are you prepared for emergencies such as extended power outages, natural disasters, and have back-up ways of cooking? It’s also a great way to prepare healthy food snacks.

Bellaire Tractor Supply Co. store manager Jenny Lee is a Mancelona resident, chamber member, and farmer. Her family uses a Harvest Right freeze dryer to preserve food for long-time preservation and emergency preparedness.

Today’s lunch menu is Subway sub sandwiches, chips, Dairy Delite desserts. As an added treat, we’ll have some freeze-dried food samples for you to try – including the infamous Skittles!
