Just in time for winter! As you’re making preparations to store your summer toys, have a look at M-88 Storage Solutions, a new storage facility opening in Mancelona.
“We’re offering climate-controlled boat, RV and car storage,” said Jessica Clark, who, along with her husband, Jon, owns the new business.
M-88 Storage Solutions is approximately 6,000 square feet, equipped with a geo-thermal heating system – an eco-friendly way of
maintaining appropriate climate. It is shared space, so most anything can be accommodated.
To maintain security, drop-offs and pick-ups are handled by appointment only. Month to month, seasonal, and short- and long-term storage options are offered. Rates vary, based on the customer needs.
“We’re excited to be able to offer this to the community,” Jessica said of the new business. “Now, you don’t have to winterize your summer toys – just bring them for indoor storage.”
The Clarks are Mancelona residents. Jon used to work at the Mancelona Post Office, but is currently Postmaster at Suttons Bay. They have children who attend Mancelona Schools, and are active in the sports programs here.
The facility is located at 8900 Bailey Road, Mancelona, near the curve on M-88.
